Gil Kahn

Gil Kahn is an associate in the Snell & Wilmer commercial litigation and appellate practice groups. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, he was a Judicial Law Clerk for the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada for The Honorable Jennifer A. Dorsey and The Honorable Larry R. Hicks. He also served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit for The Honorable Jay S. Bybee. In his appellate practice, Gil has represented clients in complex appeals before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and multiple state appellate courts. 

In his litigation practice, Gil assists clients in a variety of areas ranging from business disputes, shareholder litigation, tribal law, constitutional claims, defamation/business disparagement, and debt collection including the recovery of collateral through repossession. Gil also greatly values pro-bono work and is particularly passionate about representing asylum seekers.
