Biography

Courtney Henson’s practice is concentrated in complex commercial litigation, class actions, and business disputes. Whether representing large institutional clients throughout the country or an individual in need, Courtney genuinely cares about her clients and recognizes that all legal problems are ultimately human problems. She is passionate about the law and advocates tirelessly for her clients. In addition to class action lawsuits, her diverse practice includes business separation disputes, contract disputes, construction litigation, and pre-litigation business dispute resolution, among many others. Courtney serves clients in Arizona in numerous industries, including some of the most prominent companies in the region.

Courtney understands the importance of listening to her clients and identifying creative non-litigation alternatives, when appropriate, to resolve disputes.

Courtney devotes a significant amount of time to the community. She has been recognized for her pro bono work and advocacy on autism issues.
