Chuck Keller’s primary area of practice is in employment law, concentrated in defending employers protesting federal- and state-issued Occupational Safety & Health Administration and Mine Safety & Health Administration citations, resolving and contesting citations in federal and state administrative hearings, and appealing administrative decisions to the OSHA Review Board and federal or state Courts of Appeal. He is experienced in counseling employers in other OSHA and MSHA related matters, including drafting and reviewing safety and compliance programs, petitioning for variances, and complying with OSHA and MSHA standards. Chuck is experienced in counseling and defending employers in personnel-related matters, including wrongful termination, sexual harassment and/or discrimination charges, labor relations, severance agreements, and civil suits in state and federal courts and agencies.
