Snell & Wilmer Advises Specialty Mechanical Contracting Company A.O. Reed & Co. in Acquisition to Legence
SAN DIEGO – Snell & Wilmer advised A.O. Reed & Co., a San Diego-based specialty mechanical contractor focused on building and servicing complex systems in mission-critical facilities in its acquisition to Legence, an Energy Transition Accelerator™. With the addition of A.O. Reed & Co., Legence is expected to offer comprehensive solutions throughout all of California, providing clients with expanded coverage to optimize systems and decarbonize the built environment. This acquisition, along with others, is expected to play a key role in expanding Legence’s design and implementation capabilities and strengthening the company’s standing as the premier provider of decarbonization solutions for high-performance buildings across the Southwest United States.
