Snell & Wilmer Advises duPont Publishing on Sale of Unique Homes, a Luxury Real Estate Magazines Division of duPont, to CHALK Digital

ORANGE COUNTY – Snell & Wilmer advised duPont Publishing, Inc. in the sale of its luxury property magazine division Unique Homes to CHALK Digital, an international provider of highly targeted local advertising for the real estate, recruiting, education, restaurant, and automotive industries. Unique Homes, with its 52 years of heritage serving the property marketing needs of luxury brands, prints magazines and personalized direct-mail publication. One of its publications, The High End, is distributed in all 50 U.S. states and 80 countries internationally. Unique Homes is expected to operate as a subsidiary of CHALK Digital, as reported in CHALK Digital’s recent press release.
