Snell & Wilmer Advises Federal Software Provider Integrated Data Services in Its Sale to Private Equity Firm Arlington Capital Partners
LOS ANGELES – Snell & Wilmer advised Integrated Data Services, Inc. (IDS) in its sale to a Washington, DC-based private equity firm, Arlington Capital Partners (Arlington). Jerome Murray and James Truhe, the co-founders of IDS, will retain a minority stake in IDS as part of the transaction.
