Snell & Wilmer Represents Leading Influencer Media Firm Mom Media in Acquisition by Everyday Health Group
PHOENIX – Snell & Wilmer advised Mom Media, a leading influencer media firm specializing in parenting, family, and women's content in its sale to publicly traded buyer Everyday Health Group (EHG).
Founded in 2008, Mom Media built a strong reputation as a leading community for parents and over 14,000 parenting influencers through social media, influencer marketing, content creation, and its annual Mom 2.0 Summit conference featuring parent voices from entertainment, health & wellness, food, and tech.
EHG is a recognized leader in patient and provider education to its premier health and wellness digital properties, and the acquisition is expected to enhance Everyday Health Group’s existing portfolio of brands and platforms while expanding its reach into new and emerging markets.
