Snell & Wilmer Advises Technology-Focused Growth Equity Firm Blueprint Equity as it Co-Leads $8 Million Series A Funding of Parsec Education

Dec 11, 2024

SAN DIEGO – Snell & Wilmer represented San Diego-based client Blueprint Equity, a technology-focused growth equity firm focused on investing in and building market-leading enterprise businesses, as it co-led Series A funding of Parsec Education, a Fresno-based K-12 data analytics company, whose mission is to improve and transform K-12 education and student outcomes through modernizing, evaluating, improving, and standardizing the way schools view, interpret, and respond to data. Saint Louis-based Cultivation Capital also participated. With the funding, Parsec Education hopes to continue growing its engineering, customer success and data analytics teams and also aims to advance its AI-powered capabilities to drive more meaningful outcomes.

“This investment is a pivotal moment for Parsec Education,” said Babatunde Ilori, CEO of Parsec Education in a recent press release. “Partnering with Cultivation Capital and Blueprint Equity gives us the resources to scale faster, strengthen our products, and deliver even greater value to our school partners.”

Eugene Park, who founded Parsec Education in 2018, commented, “We built Parsec Education because we knew schools needed better ways to understand and act on their data. This funding allows us to expand that vision, scale our solutions, and continue making a meaningful difference for students.”

A diverse Snell & Wilmer deal team led by Corporate and Securities Partner Bardia Moayedi including Sarah Hibbard, Bahar Schippel, and paralegal Scott Drake advised Blueprint Equity in the funding.
