Snell & Wilmer Advises Blueprint Equity as it Leads $7 Million Series A Financing of CYRISMA

SAN DIEGO – Snell & Wilmer represented San Diego-based client Blueprint Equity, a technology-focused growth equity firm focused on investing in and building market-leading enterprise businesses, as it led the Series A financing round for CYRISMA, a leading risk management platform for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Florida-based SaaS Ventures and Toronto-based Golden Ventures also participated. The funding will accelerate CYRISMA’s platform development, fuel customer success, and expand sales and marketing initiatives.
