Snell & Wilmer Advises Digital Enablement Solutions Provider AVI-SPL in Acquisition of the Assets of Multimedia

ORANGE COUNTY – Snell & Wilmer advised AVI-SPL, a digital enablement solutions provider, in its acquisition of the assets of Multimedia (Multisistemas BVC, S.A. de C.V. Mexico), an IT services and audio-visual technology integration firm. This acquisition is expected to accelerate AVI-SPL Mexico’s operational capacity and provide customers in Mexico and beyond a more robust and reliable portfolio of collaboration solutions and IT managed services.
