Snell & Wilmer Represents 3G Productions LLC in a Strategic Investment from Chimney Rock Equity Partners
LAS VEGAS – Snell & Wilmer represented 3G Productions LLC (“3G”), a powerhouse full‑service live event production, high‑end A/V equipment rental, and systems integration services company, in a transaction where the company received a strategic investment from Chimney Rock Equity Partners. The strategic investment will help 3G build its national brand, including through acquisitions, adding new locations, and expanding market share.
