Snell & Wilmer Represents Dassian in Acquisition by Omegro
PHOENIX – Snell & Wilmer advised Dassian, a premium provider of SAP Certified Add-ons for complex contract and project management, in its sale to Omegro, a buy-and-grow acquirer of software companies.
Since 2007, Dassian has built a strong track record of helping organizations optimize their project accounting processes, reduce costs, and improve compliance through its innovative software solutions. As such, the company has supported a number of aerospace and defense, life sciences, and technology businesses remain compliant in the delivery of their federal contracts.
Omegro, a portfolio within Volaris, one of Constellation Software Inc’s six autonomous operating groups, provides software companies a permanent home to help achieve long-term, sustainable company growth. The acquisition of Dassian is expected to assist Omegro expand its market presence and deepen its offerings in this critical technology space.
