Snell & Wilmer Represents Ironwood Strategies in Sale to New Owner
PHOENIX – Snell & Wilmer advised Ironwood Strategies and owner Lynda Tompkins in its sale to new owner Kellen Jemeyson, CPA.
Founded in 2017 by Lynda Tompkins, Ironwood Strategies is a leading consulting firm offering accounting, fractional support, and business operations services. The sale to Jemeyson, the company’s current Chief Executive Officer, is aimed at enhancing the firm’s growth and expanding its market presence. The company has offices in Colorado, Arizona, and Washington as well team members across the globe servicing a diverse group of clients. In the past year, Ironwood also began offering nonprofit tax services.
Jemeyson, known for his experience in forensic accounting, strategic consulting, and tax strategy, brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to transparency and trust in his new role as company owner. As shared by Tompkins in a recent news release, “He [Jemeyson] believes in what I have built — a place for everyone to succeed, grow, and learn.”
