Snell & Wilmer Represents Keap in Sale to Thryv Holdings, Inc.

PHOENIX – Snell & Wilmer represented Phoenix-based client Infusion Software, Inc. doing business as “Keap,” a prominent player in customer relationship management, marketing automation, and sales optimization for small and medium-sized businesses (“SMBs”) in its sale to Thryv Holdings, Inc. (“Thryv”) (NASDAQ: THRY), a leading provider of SaaS solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. The addition of Keap will enhance Thryv’s SaaS business in recurring revenue and profitability by increasing its scale and subscriber count, all while strengthening its market presence in North America and beyond.

In a recent press release, Clate Mask, Keap’s CEO, said of the deal, “Thryv’s strong suite of solutions for SMBs aligns perfectly with our vision for helping businesses grow through automation and CRM tools. The business combination allows us to deliver more value to our customers, accelerate innovation, and enhance our offerings through Thryv’s extensive resources and expertise.”
