Snell & Wilmer Represents NTT Data Corp in $300 Million Land Acquisition
PHOENIX – Snell & Wilmer represented a subsidiary of NTT Data Corp in its recent acquisition of a 173 acre land parcel in east Mesa, Arizona. The property is zoned for data center usage, which could accommodate approximately 2,000,000 SF of data halls. Local outlets have reported that the transaction set a record sale price for vacant data center land in the submarket at approximately $300 million.
NTT Data is a global innovator of IT and business services headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. The company supports clients in over 50 countries with consulting, industry solutions, business process services, IT modernization, and managed services. The land is set to be used for a second data center site operated by NTT Data. The company currently owns a 126,000 square-foot data center in Mesa, Arizona, with plans for 7 total sites to come.
