Snell & Wilmer Represents Wind River Environmental in Acquisition of Brockwell’s Septic and Service Inc.

PHOENIX – Snell & Wilmer advised Wind River Environmental, LLC (“Wind River Environmental”), the nation’s premier provider of non-hazardous liquid waste solutions, in its acquisition of Brockwell’s Septic and Service Inc., a Virginia Class A contractor providing septic tank cleaning, grease trap cleaning, wastewater hauling, sewer drain cleaning, conventional septic system inspections, and compliance with the Chesapeake Bay Act within Quinton, VA and the surrounding area.

Since the early 1970s, Brockwell’s Septic and Services Inc. has serviced a broad range of Richmond, VA-area homeowners for septic services; local restaurants and convenience stores for grease trap services; and large commercial, municipal, and state agencies for their wastewater hauling needs. Under the leadership of James and Debbie Brockwell, Brockwell’s Septic and Service Inc. has grown tremendously and become the perfect complement to the wastewater services already offered by Wind River Environmental in the Middle Peninsula. Wind River Environmental will maintain the entire team at the existing Quinton location to continue Brockwell’s tradition of superior customer service for both commercial and residential customers.
