Our First-Gen Forward initiative supports the firm’s first-generation professionals, including attorneys who are the first in their families to obtain a college or law school degree. In addition to providing resources and connections to support their integration and inclusion within the firm, the group partners with community organizations to support and encourage future first-generation professionals to pursue legal careers.

The Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) reflects Snell & Wilmer’s commitment to hiring, retaining, and promoting the best attorneys.
