Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce it is a premier sponsor of the U.S.-Mexico Bar Association 2013 Annual Meeting and CLE Conference to be held October 29-31 at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel in Phoenix, Arizona.

Snell & Wilmer partners participating in the event programming are Carlos Sugich, a partner in the firm’s Phoenix office, will moderate a panel on real estate finance, development and foreign investment regulations in the U.S. and Mexico. Sugich is a member of the firm's real estate and commercial finance practice group and co-manages the firm's Los Cabos office. He is admitted to practice law in both the U.S. (Arizona) and throughout Mexico, and is currently the vice-chair of the Mexico Law Committee of the American Bar Association's Section of International Law. In addition, Dan W. Goldfine, a partner in the firm’s Phoenix office, will serve on a panel examining new anti-corruption laws in Mexico and recent efforts to prosecute violations of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act for gratuities provided to Mexican public and governmental officials. Goldfine chairs Snell & Wilmer's government and internal investigations/criminal defense practice area. His practice is also concentrated in antitrust counseling and litigation, and other select business litigation.
