Corporate and Securities Associate Caitlin Vanderkarr Joins Snell & Wilmer’s Phoenix Office

Phoenix – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Caitlin Vanderkarr has joined the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group as an associate. Vanderkarr is based out of the Phoenix Office.

Vanderkarr is a seasoned attorney focusing her practice in corporate and securities law, data privacy, strategic corporate advice, and regulatory compliance. She provides guidance to corporate clients, helping them navigate the complexities of corporate governance, risk management, and the interplay between legal compliance, litigation, and operational continuity. Vanderkarr is also experienced in gaming, sports, and entertainment law, real estate transactions, and environmental and healthcare regulations.

Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Vanderkarr held several legal roles including serving as General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer for the Arizona Department of Gaming. She also served as a Legal Analyst & Rule Writer for the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality’s Waste Programs Division and maintained her own private practice. Vanderkarr has held leadership roles within the Arizona Women Lawyers Association and the Maricopa County Bar Association.

Vanderkarr received her J.D. from Michigan State University’s College of Law (summa cum laude), her M.Ed. from Arizona State University, and her B.A. from the University of Michigan. She is licensed to practice in the state of Arizona.
