Dabney represents companies throughout the United States in trademark, copyright, false advertising, and unfair competition litigation. Before joining Snell & Wilmer, Dabney was head of McDermott, Will & Emery’s Trademark Litigation Group for more than a decade and has served as lead counsel in more than 100 federal court actions and in many cases before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. He consistently has been ranked as a top trademark litigator in the country by The Best Lawyers in America® (2016-2024), The Legal 500 (2007- 2020) and World Trademark Review (2011-2023). Langton is a partner in the firm's intellectual property group and serves as Chair of the intellectual property group in Los Angeles and Co-Chair of the intellectual property group in California. With over 25 years of experience handling patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, enforcement, licensing, and IP counseling Langton helps clients strategically develop, protect, maintain, and exploit their intellectual property assets both domestically and abroad.

Rogers is a registered patent attorney with over 20 years of experience. He practices patent, trademark, trade dress, trade secret and unfair competition law, including litigation and arbitration; trademark oppositions, cancellations, and domain name disputes; preparing manufacturing and technology contracts, and patent and trademark preparation and prosecution; patent and trademark clearance opinions.

Sobelman focuses his practice on intellectual property law, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, licensing, and due diligence.
