Four Snell & Wilmer Attorneys Ranked As 2024 IP Stars by Managing IP

Dabney represents companies throughout the United States in trademark, copyright, false advertising, and unfair competition litigation. Dabney has served as lead counsel in more than 100 federal court actions and in many cases before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Langton is a partner in the intellectual property group and serves as chair of the intellectual property group in Los Angeles, co-chair of the intellectual property group in California, and as a practice leader of the firm-wide intellectual property group.
