Litigation Attorney Timothy Reilly Joins Snell & Wilmer’s Denver Office

With a background serving as General Counsel for a premier construction management, general contracting and real estate development company, Reilly provides clients with pragmatic and tactical solutions for everyday issues. He advises clients through construction contract drafting and negotiation, business strategy for construction operations, and resolution of construction disputes. He also brings extensive experience in handling complex commercial disputes and an impressive track record, Reilly brings a wealth of knowledge to Snell & Wilmer. His addition to the team further strengthens the firm’s commitment to providing top-tier legal services to its clients.

Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Reilly held several legal roles including serving as Partner at Beltzer, Banger & Gunnell, Vice President of General Counsel at Saunders Construction, and Director at Fairfield and Woods.

Reilly received his J.D. from the University of South Dakota School of Law and his Bachelors from the University of Michigan. He is licensed to practice in Colorado, Texas, and South Dakota.
