San Diego Partner Brent Douglas Named Top Labor and Employment Lawyer by the Daily Journal
SAN DIEGO – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that San Diego partner Brent Douglas has been selected as one of the 2024 Top Labor and Employment Lawyers by the Daily Journal. This statewide award honors the leading California lawyers focusing in corporate defense, wage-and-hour disputes, PAGA actions, and wrongful termination claims.
Douglas is an experienced litigator throughout California. His clientele ranges from Fortune 500 companies with nationwide operations to emerging technology startups making their first hire. Douglas leverages his unique background to cultivate personal relationships with each client. His in-person trainings and people-management skills enable him to provide cost-effective solutions to clients, often before employees file suit.
Additionally, Douglas leads workplace investigations and provides non-discrimination, non-harassment, and anti-bullying training. He also offers guidance on multi-state issues concerning restrictive covenants, non-disclosure and proprietary information agreements, as well as trade secret misappropriation.
Douglas earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where he was named Most Outstanding and delivered the commencement address, and he received his bachelor’s degree from Washington University in Saint Louis.
