Snell & Wilmer Associate Monique Torres Named a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Pathfinder
ORANGE COUNTY – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that associate Monique Torres has been selected for membership in the 2025 class of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinders.
The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity comprises over 400 chief legal officers from corporations and managing partners from law firms, representing the forefront of the legal profession. LCLD is dedicated to fostering an environment that enables individuals with opportunities to succeed and reach their full potential.

The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Pathfinder Program “connects high-potential, early-career attorneys from diverse backgrounds at LCLD Member organizations, providing a seven–month professional development program focused on foundational leadership and relationship-building.” During the program, Torres will have the opportunity to gain insights from leading figures in the legal field, along with specialists in learning, development, and executive coaching.
Torres serves as a member of the Corporate and Securities practice group within the firm. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from California Baptist University, and her J.D. from the University of Southern California (USC) Gould School of Law.
