Snell & Wilmer Attorney Hayden Hilliard Admitted to the State Bar of Arizona Leadership Institute

PHOENIX – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that attorney Hayden Hilliard was admitted to the 2024-2025 class of the State Bar of Arizona Leadership Institute (BLI).

The State Bar of Arizona Leadership Institute (BLI) is a selective program designed to train the next generation of Bar members and community leaders. Participants are provided with networking opportunities, training and education, community awareness and other skills necessary to benefit the diverse communities in which they work, live and serve.

Hilliard focuses his practice in commercial finance. His experience includes both asset-based financing and lending secured by commercial real estate. He represents banks and other institutional lenders in connection with borrower acquisitions, construction projects, debt refinancing, and other commercial transactions. Specifically, Hilliard has extensive experience in restaurant and other franchise finance transactions, as well as experience in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and other commercial real estate finance transactions. He graduated cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University where he served as the Executive Note and Comment Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal. Hilliard is also a member of the Los Abogados Hispanic Bar Association, and was recognized this year by the Best Lawyers in America® “Ones to Watch” for Banking and Finance Law and Project Finance Law.
