Snell & Wilmer Attorney Stacy L. Molison Appointed to Junior Achievement of Arizona Board of Directors

PHOENIX – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Phoenix Attorney Stacy L. Molison, has been appointed to serve on the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Arizona.

Junior Achievement (JA) was founded in 1919 and was one of the earliest non-profit organizations to work towards youth education and economic development. JA is now a global organization with over 100 local JA areas in the United States dedicated to giving young people the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for their futures, and make smart academic and economic choices. JA Arizona serves over 170,000 primarily low-income, diverse students annually.

Molison focuses her practice in the area of commercial finance and real estate, including loan originations, refinancings, workouts and foreclosures. She assists banks and other financial institutions in commercial lending, real estate, and other asset-based lending transactions, with a focus on financing for hotels, commercial projects, and residential developments. Molison’s experience includes loan documentation and negotiation, title and survey review and due diligence analysis, all in an effort to assist clients with efficiently closing complex commercial transactions. Molison graduated from St. John’s University School of Law where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. Molison is also a member of Arizonans for Children and was recognized this year by the Best Lawyers in America® “Ones to Watch” listing for Banking and Finance Law. Additionally, Molison is a member of Snell & Wilmer’s Community Involvement Committee.
