Snell & Wilmer Partner Allison Davis Joins Executive Board for the Fresh Start Women’s Foundation
PHOENIX – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Partner Allison Davis has joined the Executive Board for Fresh Start Women’s Foundation.
Established 30 years ago, Fresh Start provides resources that help women achieve self-sufficiency. The Foundation provides education, resources, and support for women to positively transform their lives and strengthen our community. The organization’s programs focus on career, education and life skills while offering support services such as mentoring, social work, and family law support.
Davis has served on the Fresh Start Auxiliary Board since 2018. Snell & Wilmer also shares a rich history as a longtime supporter and financial contributor. Davis is also involved in the Volunteer Lawyers Program, providing pro bono representation, advocacy, and legal advice. She previously served on the Board of Directors for the Human Services Campus, Inc., and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Phoenix McNight Committee.
Davis focuses her law practice in corporate and securities with an emphasis on healthcare regulatory and transactional law. Davis represents healthcare clients in all stages of the business entity lifecycle including formation, compliance, acquisitions, sales, and dissolution. She also represents clients in the negotiation and drafting of provider agreements, state and federal licensing, Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, Stark and Anti-Kickback compliance, HIPAA compliance, and insurance regulatory law. Davis counsels companies and physician groups to address their regulatory compliance and liability risk challenges arising from the use of digital health, telehealth, and direct primary care/concierge medicine. She also advises healthcare and non-healthcare clients on corporate governance issues, mergers and acquisitions, and SEC reporting and securities law compliance. In addition, Davis works closely with our commercial finance team on healthcare transactions involving loan components and lending relationships.
