Snell & Wilmer Partner Bryce Suzuki Selected as a 2024 Lawdragon 500 Leading Global Bankruptcy and Restructuring Lawyer
PHOENIX – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Partner Bryce A. Suzuki has been named to the 2024 Lawdragon 500 Leading Global Bankruptcy and Restructuring Lawyers guide.
As described by Lawdragon, attorneys selected are “the lawyers who can make all the difference for a business, debtor, or creditor, and have done so time and time again. They reflect the move away from the more extreme boom and bust cycles of bankruptcy practice to a more sustained reality of leverage as a financial tool – wanted or not – throughout economic cycles in a global economy.” Attorneys are named to the guide from a mix of independent research, vetting with peers, and nomination submissions as collected by the publication.
Suzuki provides practical, strategic legal advice to a diverse range of lenders, companies, and business owners facing potential or actual insolvency situations. His practice has involved numerous industries and spanned multiple recessionary cycles, giving him both breadth and depth of experience with federal bankruptcy cases, out-of-court workouts, receivership, creditor enforcement actions in state and federal courts, and assignments for the benefit of creditors. He regularly first chairs high-stakes trials in bankruptcy courts and has extensive experience leading appeals involving bankruptcy and insolvency issues.
Suzuki is also involved in numerous professional and community organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of TMA Global, the turnaround industry’s preeminent professional organization. Suzuki also served for several years on the board of the Arizona Equal Access to Justice Foundation and has been committed to pro bono work throughout his career. He is also an adjunct professor at the Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he teaches a course on cryptocurrency and blockchain law and policy. Suzuki is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy and blockchain topics.
