Snell & Wilmer Partner Joseph G. Adams Appointed to Xico Board of Directors
PHOENIX – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Phoenix Partner Joseph G. Adams was appointed to Xico’s Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2025.
Located in Downtown Phoenix, Xico is one of oldest ethnic arts organizations in the United States and is a leading organization promoting Latino and Indigenous culture through art and community engagement. Since 1975, Xico has fostered artistic excellence and provided opportunities for artists and the community, and has advanced appreciation for and visibility of Latino and Indigenous art.

Adams’ practice is concentrated in commercial litigation with a focus on shareholder disputes and employee benefit matters. He has broad experience in securities and shareholder litigation, corporate governance matters, partnership and LLC disputes, employee benefits litigation, and class actions. His clients include public companies, start-ups and emerging companies, officers and directors, shareholders and owners of companies, and individuals. Adams serves as Chair of the firm’s securities and shareholder litigation group.
Adams is also an active member of his local community. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education and the Arizona Supreme Court’s Committee on Character and Fitness.
