Snell & Wilmer Partner Joshua Schneiderman Recognized as 2024 Leader of Influence by the Los Angeles Business Journal

LOS ANGELES – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Los Angeles Managing Partner Joshua Schneiderman has been named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2024 “Leaders of Influence – Thriving in their 40s” list. According to the publication, this award recognizes outstanding professionals in the industry, and nominees were selected based on their professional achievements, community leadership, milestones, and notable accomplishments during the past 12-18 months.

Schneiderman is the Managing Partner of the firm’s Los Angeles office and is a member of the firm’s corporate and securities practice group. He advises clients on a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, and corporate governance issues for both public and private companies. Schneiderman has a unique skillset in franchising and cannabis law, helping clients manage the regulatory complexities in those industries. Beyond his legal practice, Schneiderman is actively involved in the community, serving as a leader, mentor, and advocate. He is committed to fostering collaboration and innovation within the legal profession and the broader business community.

Schneiderman received his J.D. from University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, and his B.S. from Cornell University.
