Snell & Wilmer Partner Joshua Schneiderman Recognized as a Firm Attorney Visionary by the L.A. Times
LOS ANGELES – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Los Angeles Managing Partner Joshua Schneiderman has been recognized as a Firm Attorney Visionary in the 2024 Business of Law magazine by L.A. Times B2B Publishing. According to the publication, this list recognizes accomplished law firm attorneys who have exhibited exemplary achievements within their respective practice areas. Nominees are selected based on their community involvement, contributions to their fields, and achievements over the past 24 months, including participation in major projects, deals closed, and exemplary leadership within their organizations and communities across California.

Schneiderman is the managing partner of the firm’s Los Angeles office and is a member of the firm’s corporate and securities practice group. He advises clients on a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. He also advises public and private companies on corporate governance matters. Schneiderman has a unique skillset in franchising and cannabis law, and helps clients manage the regulatory complexities in those industries. He is actively involved in the community, contributing as a leader, network builder, and volunteer for several local external organizations and groups. Schneiderman received his J.D. from University of California, Los Angeles School of Law and his B.S. from Cornell University.
