Snell & Wilmer Partner Monique Lashbrook Named a Finalist for Business Women of the Year Awards by the San Diego Business Journal

SAN DIEGO – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to share that Partner Monique Lashbrook has been named a Finalist for the Business Women of the Year Awards by the San Diego Business Journal. According to the publication, the awards recognize dynamic women business leaders who have contributed significantly to San Diego’s workplaces and communities. Finalists will be honored, and winners will be announced, at the Business Women of the Year Awards 2024 on Wednesday, December 11.

Lashbrook is a San Diego partner who focuses her practice on real estate, corporate and commercial finance-related matters, and transactions. She has extensive experience handling real estate acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, commercial mortgage financing, commercial leasing for industrial and retail spaces, and property management matters. As a Latina, Lashbrook is passionate about gender equity and diversity in the industry and in the workplace. She proudly serves on the board of the Chicano Federation, delivering essential services and empowering opportunities to the most vulnerable members of its diverse community. She is a member of the Hispanic National Bar association, the Association of Corporate Growth – SD Chapter, the National Association of Women Lawyers, and the University of San Diego’s Burnham-Moores Center Real Estate Committee. She previously served as deputy general counsel for the City of San Diego’s Redevelopment Agency.
