Lashbrook focuses her practice on real estate, corporate, and commercial finance transactions. With a wealth of experience, she helps her clients navigate real estate acquisitions and sales, joint ventures, commercial mortgage financing, and leasing for both industrial and retail properties, as well as property management issues. She is also well-versed in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, the preparation of corporate entity documents and consents, private placement memorandums, Regulation D securities offerings, and nondisclosure agreements.

Thompson counsels clients regarding climate and sustainability issues including defense and mitigation of greenwashing litigation and regulatory enforcement risks arising from sustainability disclosures and reporting, value chains and marketing activities. He works closely with clients to reduce emerging regulatory and litigation risks while also promoting initiatives focused on inclusion, innovation, and thought leadership.
