Snell & Wilmer Ranked as Top Arizona Firm in Private Wealth Law by 2024 Chambers High Net Worth Guide

PHOENIX – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce the 2024 Chambers High Net Worth Guide has awarded the firm a “Top Ranked Band 1” practice recognition in Private Wealth Law in Arizona. Estate planning attorneys Robin L. Miskell, Prescott B. Pohl, and John C. Vryhof were also listed as “Ranked Lawyers” for 2024. Chambers & Partners is an independent rating organization.

John C. Vryhof was recognized as a “Band 1” individual attorney. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel and a past State Chair. He is also a Certified Specialist in Tax Law by the Arizona State Bar. Vryhof concentrates his practice in estate planning, trust and estate litigation, charitable planning, foundation and non-profit organizations, business succession planning, and international estate planning. Robin L. Miskell focuses her practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, taxation, and exempt organizations. She is experienced in drafting complex trust agreements, gift and estate tax returns, creating charitable organizations, and handling complex trust and estate administration cases. Miskell is a Certified Estate and Trust Law Specialist through the State Bar of Arizona, and a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. She designs customized estate plans for married and unmarried couples, individuals and high-net-worth clients that include tax saving strategies, probate avoidance, education planning for children, charitable giving, inter-generational wealth transfers, real estate, life insurance and retirement strategies, and end-of-life planning.

Prescott B. Pohl is a Fellow of the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel and past Chair of the Probate and Trust Law Section’s Executive Council of the State Bar of Arizona. He is also co-leader of the firm’s Private Client Services Practice Group. Pohl’s practice is concentrated in estate planning and related controversies. Pohl counsels clients regarding taxes, trusts and estates, philanthropy, charitable organizations, family offices, closely held businesses, dealings with the IRS, and a variety of related sensitive issues concerning wealth and families.
