Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Associate Caitlin M. Murphey to the San Diego Office
SAN DIEGO – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Caitlin M. Murphey has joined the San Diego office as an associate in the Corporate and Securities practice group, where she offers counsel to both public and private companies.
Murphey represents public companies in matters concerning SEC reporting obligations, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and capital raising initiatives. Her background includes broad experience in capital markets and corporate transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, alternative strategic transactions, uplisting, corporate governance challenges, risk management, contract drafting and review, as well as a variety of other corporate transactions and general corporate issues. Additionally, she provides counsel to private companies regarding securities and other corporate matters.
Murphey received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, and her B.A. in English Literature and Hispanic Studies from Montana State University.
