Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Associate Jeremy Burke in the San Diego Office
SAN DIEGO – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that associate Jeremy Burke has joined the San Diego office in the Corporate and Securities group.
Burke focuses on guiding companies from start to finish, providing support in all aspects of their journey to commercial success, from formation to initial seed financing and subsequent equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Burke was an associate at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP.
Burke received his B.A. in Business from the University of Judaism and his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
