Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Associate Nicholas Couchot to the Orange County Office
ORANGE COUNTY – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Nicholas Couchot has joined the Orange County office as an associate in the Bankruptcy and Reorganization practice group.
Couchot represents a diverse array of clients, including secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, trustees, debtors, landlords, and various other parties involved in bankruptcy and restructuring matters, as well as collection issues, which encompass out-of-court workouts.
Couchot received his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, and his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. During his time in law school, Couchot completed an externship with the Honorable Theodor C. Albert at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, located in the Santa Ana division.
Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Couchot served as a bankruptcy associate at Buchalter, P.C. He is licensed to practice law in California, and admitted to the United States District Court’s Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern District of California.
