Snell & Wilmer’s Las Vegas Office Moves to New Location
LAS VEGAS – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce its Las Vegas office has moved to 1700 Pavilion Center Drive Suite 700, located in the heart of Downtown Summerlin. The firm will occupy the entire seventh floor of the building.
“Our firm is proud to have been a part of this community since we opened our doors in 2001,” said Barb Dawson, chair of Snell & Wilmer. “Our Las Vegas office has grown alongside this vibrant city, and our new space will provide us with room to continue our growth as we service our clients and this community.”
The ten-story, state-of-the-art office building, which opened in January 2023, offers views of the Las Vegas Valley, from The Strip to Red Rock Canyon. It provides convenient access to shopping, dining, entertainment, and professional sports — all within walking distance. At over 267,400 square feet, the LEED Silver-certified building reflects the firm’s commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency through its advanced green initiatives.
