Three Snell & Wilmer Partners Recognized As 2023 Orange County Visionaries by LA Times B2B Publishing

ORANGE COUNTY – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Partners Jonathan Frank, Michael Reynolds, and James Scheinkman have been recognized by LA Times B2B publishing as 2023 Visionaries in the Orange County Visionaries: Trends, Updates and Visionaries magazine. According to the publication, this list recognizes those who have displayed exemplary leadership qualities within their industry and organizations and are impacting change across communities in Orange County. Nominees are determined based on the following criteria: professional achievements in the last 24 months, impact the nominee has made to the growth and progress of their organization and respective industry as well as any leadership roles the nominee has to take on within the community.

Frank regularly represents buyers and sellers in connection with purchase, sale and development transactions involving hotels and resorts, income producing property, multifamily, mixed use, retail, residential, REO, and other real estate assets of all sizes. He also frequently handles complex lease transactions, including build to suit ground leases, high rise office leases, retail leasing for national restaurant chains and financial institutions, hospitals, health care providers, agricultural, mining, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, wireless companies, and other uses. Frank received his J.D. from University of Kansas and his B.S. from Emporia State University.

Reynolds’ practice is concentrated in Chapter 11 bankruptcy, corporate reorganizations, debtor, creditor, creditor committee and trustee representations, creditors’ rights, and remedies. His practice also includes judicial foreclosures and receiverships and representation of nonprofit public benefit corporations, as well as a focus on fraud and fraudulent transfer litigation. Reynolds has significant experience in international litigation and judgment collection against foreign and domestic individuals, companies, and government entities. He practices at the trial and appellate court level, in both state and federal court. Reynolds received his J.D. from University of California at Los Angeles and his B.A. from University of California at Davis. 

Scheinkman is a practice group leader of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group. His practice focuses on assisting mid-market companies and their owners in mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, corporate governance and shareholder dispute resolution, securities offerings, technology development and transfers, executive compensation and other corporate and commercial matters. Scheinkman also serves as a trusted advisor for a variety of mid-market businesses. He received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.A. from State University of New York, Binghamton.
