Tucson Partner Lowell Thomas Joins Board of Directors of the Hockey Canada Foundation
TUCSON – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Tucson-based partner Lowell Thomas has joined the Board of Directors of the Hockey Canada Foundation U.S.
The Hockey Canada Foundation’s mission is to provide financial support to remove barriers and grow the game of hockey while helping teach children important life lessons and ensuring success on and off the ice.
Thomas is a corporate and securities attorney with over 30 years of experience. He has wide-ranging experience in domestic and cross-border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and debt and equity financings. Lowell provides cross-border business and securities advice to U.S. and Canadian businesses. Having practiced law in Canada for over a decade, Thomas has extensive connections in business, the capital markets and government on both sides of the border.
