Drake A. Mirsch Joins the Snell & Wilmer Los Angeles Office as an Associate

LOS ANGELES –  Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce Drake A. Mirsch has joined the Los Angeles office as an Associate. Mirsch is a member of the Commercial Litigation group at the firm. 

With his experience in all phases of litigation, Mirsch is adept in pre-litigation negotiations, obtaining provisional remedies, preparing dispositive motions, and briefing and arguing appeals. He has represented clients before state and federal courts in matters including class or collective claims, commercial disputes, fraud, trade secret misappropriation, breach of fiduciary duties and unfair business practices.

Mirsch carries a deep understanding of various aspects of employment defense. As he advises clients on a broad range of employment issues involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower retaliation claims, he also regularly litigates highly contested class, collective and representative wage and hour disputes.

Mirsch received his J.D., cum laude, from Chapman Law School. While in law school, he received a full merit scholarship, excelled as a National & Regional Champion in a Mediation Competition representing the American Bar Association, served as an Articles and Staff Editor for the Chapman law review, and was recognized with the CAL-ABOTA Marjorie W. Day Memorial Scholar award.
