Michelle Thom Joins Snell & Wilmer as an Associate in the Denver Office

Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Michelle Thom recently joined the firm’s Denver office as an associate in the corporate and securities practice group. 

Thom has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions across several industries. She has a background in business and property management which provides valuable insights that gives her strategic perspectives in counseling her clients through complex transactions. 

Before joining Snell & Wilmer, Thom was an associate at Armstrong Teasdale. She received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and her B.S. in Marketing from Arizona State University.
