Snell & Wilmer Partner Terry Roman Named one of AZ Big Media’s Most Influential Women in Arizona Business for 2024

PHOENIX – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Partner Terry Roman has been named as one of AZ Big Media’s 2024 Most Influential Women in Arizona Business. Women selected to this list can only be named to it once in their lifetime.  

The Most Influential Women in Arizona Business were chosen from a group of more than 1,900 women and selected by an editorial board consisting of 12 past Most Influential Women. According to the publication, these women exemplify the power of determination, intellect, and resilience that shape Arizona’s legacy. Award winners will be honored at a dinner at Chateau Luxe in Phoenix, Arizona, on August 22. 

Roman focuses her practice in corporate and securities, focusing on representing publicly traded and privately held companies in mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions, corporate governance, and related matters. Her experience is deep in handling multi-jurisdictional transactions and leading a team of attorneys for multidisciplinary transactions. Her clients operate in a number of different industries, including healthcare, insurance, technology, real estate, and consumer products. Roman is also experienced in advising corporate clients in various healthcare transactions, including insurance regulatory law (including captive insurance issues), venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and contract negotiations.

In addition to her law practice, Roman is a contributing member to the Phoenix community. Over the years, she has been involved in several boards and is currently serving on the boards of the Phoenix Art Museum and the Women’s Board of the Barrow Neurological Foundation. She has volunteered her time to a number of organization’s fundraisers, events, and assisted in a number of pro bono services provided to low income individuals or to organizations that provide services to low income individuals. Her ability to lead, combined with her kind spirit and professional demeanor, is a combination that has permitted her to continuously do great things for the Phoenix community.
