Adam C. Winkel is a member of the firm’s commercial finance group. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Adam worked as a member of the Global Transportation Finance division for Vedder Price, where he prepared Loan Agreements and Purchase Agreements as well as commercial leases in the aviation and rail industry.
Adam received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame and his undergraduate degree from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business and Hutton Honors College. While in law school, he served as an alumnus ambassador for the business law forum.
