Andrea D. Bishop

Andrea D. Bishop is a senior attorney in the firm’s Corporate and Securities practice group. With a robust background in corporate law, Andrea brings extensive experience in delivering services to clients across a wide range of industries and throughout all stages of their life cycles. She advises and assists clients in structuring, negotiating and executing transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, reorganizations and private equity/debt financings. She is adept at conducting due diligence, preparing securities filings, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, and counseling business owners and senior executives on day-to-day operational, corporate governance and compliance matters, and formulating effective strategies for risk mitigation and dispute resolution.

Andrea’s dedication to excellence and her understanding of corporate and securities law make her a valuable asset to both her clients and the firm. She received her bachelor’s degree in political science from Stanford University, and her J.D. degree from Northwestern University School of Law.
