Andrew Still is an associate in Snell & Wilmer’s Orange County office and focuses his practice in bankruptcy and commercial litigation. As part of the firm’s bankruptcy, insolvency & business reorganization group, Andrew concentrates his practice on business bankruptcy matters and related issues. He has a multi-faceted practice representing chapter 11 debtors-in-possession, as well as secured and unsecured creditors in all types of bankruptcy proceedings. Andrew also has significant experience representing defendants in bankruptcy avoidance actions and fraudulent transfer actions. In addition to his bankruptcy work, Andrew also focuses his practice in all facets of insolvency law, including creditors’ rights and remedies, receiverships, assignments for the benefit of creditors, foreclosure and out of court workouts. He represents clients in a broad range of industries, including banking, finance and investment, real estate, healthcare, retail, and technology.
Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Andrew served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Catherine E. Bauer (Ret.), United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California.
