Tony King represents companies and individuals to help them with their legal issues so that they can focus on their respective businesses and operations.
Tony regularly handles litigation in federal and state courts across the country involving complex business and commercial litigation disputes, real estate disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, employer-employee disputes, and a wide variety of business torts and other claims. Tony also represents clients throughout the alternative dispute resolution process, including arbitration and mediation. He has represented clients in a variety of industries including wholesale distribution, financial institutions, franchises, medical marijuana, and real estate.
Tony has experience with a variety of real estate litigation issues, including lease disputes between landlord and tenant (both commercial and residential), title and boundary disputes, slander of title, easements, and disputes relating to real estate brokers and agents.
Tony also has experience defending against claims brought under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Tony has also represented banks in wide variety of cases, including contract and tort claims, deficiency and collection issues, lender liability claims, and Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) issues.
In addition, Tony has represented employers against former employees in disputes involving trade secret issues, covenants not to compete, and non-solicitation of employees or customers.
Tony is a member of Snell & Wilmer’s Attorney Development Committee and the Committee on Diversity & Inclusion.
