Ashley Wiberg practices in product liability litigation and commercial litigation matters. Her practice primarily focuses on product liability defense, representing the manufacturers of automobiles, medical devices, and other consumer products. Ashley also has experience with personal injury, property damage, breach of contract, and toxic tort claims as well as recall and regulatory matters. She received her J.D. from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Her previous experience includes a clerkship at the Arizona Supreme Court and an internship with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona.
