Ava Freund is a labor and employment and commercial litigation associate in the Los Angeles office whose practice focuses on a broad spectrum of employment liability and commercial litigation work. She has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation demands through trial. Ava has represented employers in litigation matters which include wrongful termination, employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour issues, including class action and PAGA defense.
