Ava Freund is a labor and employment and commercial litigation associate in the Los Angeles office whose practice focuses on a broad spectrum of employment liability and commercial litigation work. She has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation demands through trial. Ava has represented employers in litigation matters which include wrongful termination, employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour issues including class action and PAGA defense. She has authored and argued various dispositive motions for her employment-related clients. As an employment and labor litigator, Ava offers comprehensive advice relating to labor and employment matters and counsels clients on a variety of issues regarding state and federal regulations.
Ava began her career as a Plaintiff-side employment litigator. This experience has given Ava a unique opportunity to see both sides of the case making her a more valuable resource for her clients.
