Brad Austin is a trial and litigation attorney at Snell & Wilmer, focusing in complex business, civil, and commercial litigation. Brad’s practice encompasses a wide array of areas, including breach-of-contract disputes, commercial torts, financial services and real estate litigation, class action lawsuits, professional malpractice, and shareholder derivative litigation.

With extensive experience in both state and federal courts, Brad is adept at managing multifaceted cases through all stages of litigation. His proficiency extends to arbitration and mediation settings, where his meticulous preparation and innovative legal strategies consistently stand out. Brad’s ability to handle high-profile cases involving major corporations, as well as his participation in significant legal proceedings before the Supreme Court of Nevada and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, underscores his deep understanding of commercial law and his commitment to his clients.

Within Snell & Wilmer, Brad chairs the Las Vegas Ethics and Attorney Development Committees. He also co-chairs the Commercial Litigation Practice Group, where he mentors junior attorneys and fosters a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
